In addition to production, we pay particular attention to the acquisition of raw materials and accessory materials, to ensure maximum satisfaction of the individual needs of our customers. All purchased raw materials for production are checked from an analytical and microbiological point of view and according to the HACCP plan in force and then are stored in accordance with the “First in-First off” principles at room temperatures or in refrigerators depending on the declared specifications of the producers in the certificates that accompany them.
